Ivet is a master at her craft. She is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My husband and I go to estate sales all the time and hers are definitely the best. We never leave empty handed! I highly encourage you to visit her store too.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this very unique store on Amelia Island. The owner takes great pride in making sure the store is immaculate and each item is displayed perfectly. Most items are on consignment; however, I have also visited her Estate and Liquidation sales. I truly enjoy all of the “treasures” that I have found.

I had an excellent experience with The Resale Project! They were able to schedule my estate sale with a short turnaround. They staged the condo beautifully, and sold almost everything except a few small items that they took care of. I am from out of town and I really appreciate how easy they made it on me!

In town for vacation, searched for antique and vintage stores. Stopped by and a person opened the door and rudely asked if I was picking up something. When I said no, she said we’re closed and slammed the door. Maybe you should update your hours if you don’t want customers.

As a local realtor & interior decorator I find The Resale Project just a Fabulous Local Business. I love referring my clients to them,I love going to their very thought out & professionally staged Estate Sales. They do Private Estate Sales in Gated Communities & offer many other services too. The owner Ivet is very Passionate about her business & pleasing her clients. You must visit her store on 8th street in FERNANDINA Beach it is a reflection of her clients & her passion. It is truly a treat to visit the store.

Honestly the most beautiful antique & consignment store on Amelia Island! The staff are super friendly and truly make sure that customer service is their top prioity. Incredible finds and gorgeous pieces throughout! I highly recommend visiting this store!
