Had a wonderful experience shopping the sale. The ladies were wonderfully helpful, attentive and the merchandise selection is great. Will definitely be a frequent shopper. Like a breath of fresh air.

Frustrated. I have shopped with Talbots for decades. I am shopping with them less and less. As a plus size shopper Talbots used to be be a good brand with quality fabrics and classic cuts. I can't look on line, as all of their models are around a size 4. I don't know how the clothes will look or fit on me. I do in the store and I am frustrated with both the quality and the fit. This is not the store it used to be - and not the store I need it to be.

I just walked out of this store! There were two women working and not one of them smiled or said one word to me as I entered the store. As I walked through the store they still stayed silent and didn't bother to ask if I needed any help. There were two other women looking as well and I'm wondering if they received a greeting?! Not going back, but I do plan on contacting corporate about this!
