The store was clean. That’s about the only good thing I can say. I asked for guidance on how their process is to print. I was looked at and talked to like “how dare you waste my time”. I had to ask another question later and again, talked down to in a rude tone with “you can’t do that on this machine”. YOU are the one who put me on that machine. Lastly, I could call a 1-900 number cheaper than I could use a computer at staples. THIS experience at this store will be the reason I never visit any of your stores again

The people today (Jen in printing and the Manager. Sorry didn't get his name) went above and beyond!!!!! Especially Jen!!!!!! They were kind, professional and Jen moves quickly and pleasantly through your order. She was helping me and I needed to wait for something so she started to help someone else. When I came back she finish both of us at the same time!!!!!! I will be back to shop at this location in the future!!!! Thank you!!!!!

If you need to fax paperwork you are better off buying a fax machine. The cost to fax 20 pages to a jacksonville number was $47 . This is a ridiculous price. Shame on you Staples

Store hours are wrong. Was notified for print order at 7, says they close at 8. Paper on door that they close at 6 weekdays. It would be completely fine and I wouldn’t have minded waiting had they updated the hours online
