Long review.. I just wanted to acknowledge how special this place is! Jeff is a sweetheart and cared so much about making us comfortable and welcomed and listened to. We didn’t walk in with a budget but he still showed us rings from both ends of the pay scale, which is very respectable. I didn’t have any idea of what style ring I wanted, but we had ordered a wedding band from here when we fell in love with it while window shopping. Jeff took almost 2 hours shopping with us to find the perfect compliment to the wedding band we picked. He explained the different cuts and kinds of diamonds, the little details that make each ring stand out, as well as the different styles of bands that would look best with my wedding band. We ended up getting a ring that we custom ordered with a different band color and diamond, I’m so glad they offered this because it got me the most perfect ring I could have imagined. And I also loved to see a scripture displayed on their wall, it just sealed it in for me that we chose the right place. All in all this was the best choice for us for our engagement and we’ll never shop at another diamond store! Thank you to Jeff and Robison jewelry for making this special day that much more special ?

What a great store. My wife brought in some jewelry repaired and I brought two watches to get bracelets adjusted. They fixed my wife’s jewelry in couple of days but adjusted my watches while I waited. My wife had a bracelet adjusted but she didn’t have enough links removed. When I brought it back they fixed it while I waited and didn’t charge me! Great customer service!Very friendly employees and the owner is very customer friendly!I bought a pair of earrings for my wife for our anniversary and she loved them, scoring me some great ‘husband points’!This is our new go-to jewelry store!

Robison Jewelry is a true gem of Fernandina Beach, some say the crown jewel of Centre street. Their customer service is above and beyond -- my wife purchased my wedding band here at Robison and the whole process was elevated by the people who work there. In fact, they even helped me readjust the size in a pinch. Great jewelry, great family.

Highly recommend Robison Jewelry! They were able to help design my fiancé's wedding band exactly how I wanted it, even though it wasn't a style they had done before. I was able to communicate with Brett through text, which was easy and efficient. Awesome customer service and care.

Excellent service, friendly, accommodating, and great communication via text. Unique jewelry selection and Elizabeth is an absolute gem. She helped me customize my Mom’s marquise diamond into an exquisite ring. Elizabeth also helped with a new wedding band for my Mom, as well as a couple of necklace clasps and watch battery.
