Beware! They do not automatically give you the lowest price. They bill through insurance without offering to check GoodRx or other services. I transferred 3 prescriptions when Winn Dixie Pharm. closed in Yulee. Not only did I pay more initially at Publix, Aetna billed for overages. All in, it cost over $100 more for 3 Rx. through Publix. I won't be returning.

some friends and I wanted a quick way to grab a sub and get to the beach. We placed an online order for 12:30. We got here at 12:25 and waited for it til 12:35. Before I said something. I asked a lady about it very politely. The assistant manger Brittany Brant told us "give us a minute" as she does every other order. Then after 5 minutes my order comes through and wait for one more. At 12:20 she told us there wasn't another we tried to show her our confirmation and she wouldn't help us or pay any attention. The customer service was horrible. I'm incredibly disappointed and don't expect to come back to the deli. She was the assistant manger and was so rude! Didnt get to leave til 1:00!

Kyle and Hannah are so very helpful and kind. No matter what issue you may have with your RX they will make sure it gets resolved. Best pharmacy on the island.

I am concerned that this Publix does not have enough employees. I feel the few on duty when I shop are hurried and exhausted. I spent 25 years in the Labor field and can sense when there is a problem. When there are too few employees the quality of work suffers due to Managers pushing them to do double work and leads to sickness due to stress levels and toxic work environment

Holy cow, what a wait! Placed a only order and showed up on time, as one should. Waited 20 minutes and asked for an update incase someone grabbed my subs by mistake. Was told they have not yet been made. Watched the employees make 30 subs for people in line before they started my online order. Terrible customer service.... plenty of people behind the counter doing nothing but standing around. By far worst publix experience I've ever had. Don't know if Win-Dixie has a deli, but even if they don't, I would prolly get my order sooner. Finished this review and still don't have my subs

This is my “go to” store. I can always count on Publix for fresh veggies and fruit as well as a great meat selection and options for my high allergy child! We also have some favorite employees! Shannon always go out of her way to wave and send a happy smile our way. Ruth is awesome as well. So many great people there and any issues are always handled quickly and professionally!

Just moved to the area and moved our prescriptions to this pharmacy. The staff was very polite and helpful in getting the prescriptions moved and processing our insurance. Very short wait when picking up the prescriptions.

This is one of the friendliest stores you can find! The people are knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The food beats the pitiful Harris Teeter foods. Always the best choice! You never wait for an open line (like Teeter) and the check out people are quick and professional. This is one great store! Cheaper too.
