It is a fun store with really cool staff at Fernandina Beach Pet Supermarket. My 70lb Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue needs strong leashes, tough toys, and healthy treats. Oh yeah, he is spoiled alright with all of the Per Supermarket's quality merchandise and supplies. ?

We have a new puppy. Brooke was so nice she was very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the difference in all the food brands. I really appreciate her taking the time to educate me on different dog foods and treats. She is such a nice lately.

My annual trip to Amelia Island would not be complete without a stop at the Pet Store. Today I had the best associate encounters. All three team members were very caring and friendly but one stood out. Her name was Grace and she was so very kind actually beyond kind to authentic. It is so refreshing to visit a business and have encounters with employees where you feel valued. I had encounters with other patrons who brought in their pets as well. I probably was in the store about an hour I enjoyed it so much. If you have a pet need this is the place to go!

This place is AMAZING! Alex and Josh were so helpful and kind. Josh was so attentive and helped me load my car. Great employee! I was in a hurry and they let me use the coupon in my inbox that was technically supposed to be a pickup. Thank you to Pet Supermarket!

I had a special request for fish that this store does not normally stock. They were very helpful and got me the fish I needed and kept me informed of their arrival so I could pick them up and get them to my destination. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I was delighted with the service!
