They took my cat trippy and wouldn’t give him back I literally cried plead from them to give it back he’s my cat no one knows him like I do I paid all his medical expenses every treatment food and even toys which is actually expensive for a 20 year old I have two other inside cats he unfortunately wanted to be outside and kept running out but came back each time they got him and I got one call from them in the span of a week and a half then said they didn’t trust I could take care of him. First of all he’s a black cat they usually have less opportunity to get adopted and second he’s old so he’ll probably be there for a while no one loves that cat more then me yet I still couldn’t get him I’m crying still writing this and usually I would never in my life do a review but hopefully they go out of business . Below I’ll leave photos of how happy the cat was with me and I have so many more horrible service no compassion!!!!!

We had to go to Cat’s Angles because the manager wouldn’t let us adopt a cat for our grandparents. They do nothing all day so we wanted to get a cat so they have something to love and care for. We found a cat but the manager said he didn’t trust us and that he felt like we wouldn’t care for it. The cat we got from Cat’s Angles now has a loving home and is cared for. My grandparents love it and finally have something to improve their mental health on. Thank you Cat’s Angels!!

Went in today to retrieve my brothers dog who had escaped his house. I knew he was at the humane society because of the door tag that was left on the front door of my brothers residence. With neighbors notifying where the dog belonged they were able to leave the door tag on the door. When I went in it was like they knew who I was and what I was there for before saying anything which was weird, but I continued and offered to show the pictures that the lady over the phone said I would need to show to the front desk guy Alec. The dog is noticeably blind with one blue eye and a cut tail, Alec proceeds to say that it doesn’t look “Willie” their name for my brothers dog. When I begin to get irritated over the stupidness they were pulling I began to state that “they need to stop being stupid because they know that the dog came from said address because neighbors were able to put animal control to the address the dog belonged and placed a door tag on door, and also that he was taken into custody with a harness on” immediately Alec called to the back to bring “willie” up I advised him the dogs name is “General” not “Willie”. Alec continued to call him Willie informing me that “willie is heart-worm positive and that he needs to be treated and it can cost 2000 or more to do so and asked if I was sure I wanted to pay 145$ knowing that information. I gladly said yea handed my card over and Alec proceeded to try to persuade me to not get him saying that his eye need to be removed and he can die. General is blind and has a vet and has been to the vet faithfully with insurance. The vet has never recommended his eye being removed as it is no harm to him. Also heart worm treatment is no where near 2000$. The whole demeanor of the staff was very rude. To say the least I do have General back at home safe and sound under vet care!

You guys help them out wherever you can. Look at their wish list, bring in food and supplies and all the things that they need to take care of these wonderful animals! It breaks your heart to go in there and walk through you just want to take them all home but at least you can help feed them and take care of them until they can find their forever home. I implore you too follow your heart and bring these wonderful animals some joy especially this time of year. This is a wonderful place with a wonderful staff and they truly have the best interest of the animals in mind so pour your heart out to them.

We adopted our dog from Nassau Humane Society. The process was smooth, and they were very professional. Glad we got our best friend from here!

Don't advertise day passes and then ask for more documentation when I get there. I dint think it was the regular person. Waited outside forever. Then when asked about day pass the person said they think they can do it, turns out they couldn't.
