Contracted and paid for fence installation. Removed existing gate the night before so we could not let dogs out in the morning. Installers did not show up on scheduled day. At 11:45 a.m. no one showed up so my husband called them. They said they did not have all the materials. We had to call them they did not call us. Unreliable, disrespectful, and uncaring. Who is at fault here? Certainly Lowes should take responsibility. Never use Lowes for anything. They truly do not care once they have your money. Update second day of promises and another no show. Truly truly sad. No call, no response, no professionalism

Called today to ask questions about a large purchase using deferred payments using my Lowe's card that we are going to make . The person who answered the phone made up an answer. I asked for a mgr. Was on hold for quite sometime.. I was disconnected.. guess I won't be making my large purchase there.

Just had the worst experience here.
After waiting almost 10 minutes at the customer service desk someone finally came around to ask me what I needed. After talking to me like a child and explaining to me that it’s “right there ?, aisle three,” I asked them if they could cut a length for me. They said yes, and I walked down aisle three and waited in front of the chain for another 15 minutes before I just left. Home Depot is right down the road, spend your money there, please.

Stopped in for some 8ft cedar t&g boards because the local HD was out, they wanted $32 each. Drove to the regency home depot and got for $14.75 ea. Holy price gougers batman ?.
