Shopping at Lindy’s was a good experience the first time, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience trying to exchange the pair of diamond earrings we purchased because one of the clasps wasn’t closing properly. The employee who was working at the time of the incident accused us of breaking the earrings because “gold is malleable” (in an incredibly rude and condescending tone of voice) and said “well I know it was straight when I sold it to you” (when she wasn’t who sold us to them the first time). She then took them to the back to bend the post with a pair of pliers, which doesn’t really instill confidence in the quality of a piece of fine jewelry. When she brought them back out, it didn’t even close the same way as the other earring, but we were told “well I can hear it click”. After bringing my fiancé nearly to tears, no one apologized for the experience and we now have a random assortment of other pieces from trying meet the ticket price of the original earrings, since they have an exchange only policy.The owner eventually came out to assist in picking pieces, seemingly unaware of the horrendous experience that just occurred, so hopefully our negative experience was isolated to one bad apple.

About two years ago, my sisters and I went to Lindy to have a pendant made to hold our mom’s ashes. After listening to stories about Mom, Lindy came up with a design that was perfectly Mom. She used the “M” from Mom’s signature, the rose from her name (Mary Rose), and her birthstone. She even made the pendant the size of a nickel because we told her how mom spent many of her final days asking about her lost nickel. Last Christmas, to surprise my sisters, I took several tiny shark teeth from my parents’ collection to Lindy and she had rings put on them so they could also be worn from a necklace. Then, after losing Dad last year, we went back to Lindy and asked her to design a pendant to hold his ashes. Once again, she listened as we talked about our dad’s accomplishments. We told her how he single-handedly built four houses that we lived in over the years. He would put in full days at the coal mines before coming home to work on our house. The first one, he even built using materials from an old farm house he tore down himself. Lindy took that story and designed this beautiful antique-style silver cast nail to hold his ashes. We can’t thank her enough for helping us keep our parents close to our hearts no matter where we go.

The ladies in this shop are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They clearly love jewelry and the artists they support. Service was stellar and the amazing piece I bought by Gogo will always be a reminder of our trip and of the amazement of beautiful Cumberland Island! ❤️

A gem. Are we in Paris? In Los Angeles? No, we are in Fernandina Beach, where Lindy has immaculately curated a collection that brings together the best of fine design, precious jewels, classic pieces and the avant garde. Pearls? Check. Diamonds? Check. Ordinary? Never. I love the juxtaposition between the delicate (Gigi Clozeau), the bold (Cumberland's own Gogo), and the femininely edgy (Melissa Joy Manning). Jordan is like my shine sensei, guiding me through this gallery of baubles toward unique pieces I'll keep forever. I also must mention that they have been extremely kind (beyond expectations) in helping me custom order/repair a couple of pieces. That's time-intensive for a small business, but it's just one reason they have my loyalty. This is a special and delightful place to browse. Lindy and Jordan make it into a form of art appreciation.

Great selection of estate, artisan and fine jewelry. . My sister and I have been going to Lindy's for years. Lindy and her staff are always accommodating. They patiently help out with decisions, They stand by their top notch repairs. Lindy's is truly the Crown Jewel of my town.

Love this little shop, and always look forward to going when we are in the area. The downtown area it’s in has a lot of shops I enjoy. Once, when passing through, I didn’t have a lot of time, so had to choose just one shop...Lindy’s, of course. Their pieces are unique and fresh. Something for everyone, I’d think.

I love Lindys - such a sweet and lovely jewelry boutique. Their selection is expansive and the quality of their selection is pretty remarkable. I can't wait to go back sometime. What I love most is the care and TLC from their consultants - Jordy and Lynn were there to assist me with decisions and they are knowledgeable, patient and fun! Our yearly family vacation to Amelia Island has always included a trip to Lindy's Jewelry in Fernandina Beach. When my daughter was going to celebrate a milestone birthday, I reached out to Jordann at Lindy's to help me choose a special gift for the occasion. After many phone calls and photographs, we were able to narrow down two gorgeous rings that perfectly complimented my daughter's taste and style from which to choose. Although there are many lovely jewelry stores in my own home state, Lindy's pieces are unique, fun, and special. Jordann was able to understand immediately what I was looking for and super helpful despite the long distance (and ultimate final purchase delay due to COVID travel restrictions). When I was finally able to make it to the store with my daughter, it was amazingly helpful to find that Jordann had held our choices (with deposit) so that my daughter could make her decision in person.
