We purchased a used MotoEV cart from eWheelz. We were warned several times that they would not service the vehicle, and it was sold as is, although they sold it as "refurbished." Buyers, beware when dealing with eWheels, especially if you are buying used. They will only service it if it is one of their brands. They do not return phone calls, and I witnessed staff arguing with one another in an unprofessional way. And our cart stopped working within two months.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with eWheelz. The golf cart is fully equipped, easy to operate and beautiful to look at. I highly recommend this dealer and specifically Reese for any needs you have for a golf cart.

The initial experience was great.. Walked in, took a test ride (very convenient location for this on the island), effective communication to start.
Fast forward after the money was spent - the cart was delivered late with the steering wheel needing to be 90 degrees off to steer straight, a few issues identified to fix during purchase not fixed. Called immediately and was told they would pick it up Saturday for repairs. Nothing Saturday, called and was told Monday, nothing Monday, called Monday and was promised Tuesday, nothing Tuesday, finally was picked up Wednesday.
In regards to one of the issues, they said it would be a warranty claim and they "submitted" this but 2 months later, haven't heard a word.
This warranty was for the back seat not going down fully. I was told during purchase it would be fixed, this is normal.
I question whether the "fees" I paid for the pre-delivery if they even checked anything. The fact that the steering was that far off and nothing was done leads me to believe they did not... I would definitely go over the nuts and bolts upon receipt of your cart if you do choose them.
Just giving my honest review. It was great until you pay, then customer service doesn't exist.

Reese, I bought a brand new golf cart from you. That’s why I couldn’t get pictures of it because the front brush card was already damaged and you sent that to me that way and I paid full price upgraded the battery and shipping 600 and something dollars and then when I sent pictures, they said that Under warranty, which is bull slightly sending damage for the customer or a car that’s wrecked that I’m buying brand new I wasn’t buying a damaged golf cart from you and you knew it was like that when you sent it to me and how far away I was to deal with it that is very disappointing. Terrible customer service. Carts need a code to start up and we were not given one before drop off. They often don’t answer the phone so we called twice and didn’t get a call until the next day. When we got in touch with them they refused to work with us at all to comp us for the day it just sat in the parking lot. So so wrong. All we asked for was a refund for that day or to extend one day and he was so rude and unwilling to work with us. As a business owner myself this was very disappointing. Also they don’t disclose delivery fees online. Will use Amelia wheels next time

We had the best experience with EWheelz! Ms. Barbara was especially helpful and knowledgeable however, the entire team was patient and friendly! We can’t wait to rent from them again next year!

The experience was 10* star experience from applying for our Cart through the delivery, everyone was professional and delivery was explained in detail on what we needed to know, also, they had our Cart Clean and Shined more than our expectations...will definitely recommend them, because our experience in Kingsland was GARBAGE

On boat, electrical problems…Interstate Batteries could be found in Jacksonville but ewheels called us back!! Local business, Easy acces from marina, Professional answers and quicks services by Reese and his team. I recommend without any hesitation. Thank you ewheels, will sleep good tonight!!
