This is my go to store for unique gifts and clothing, the staff( especially Kim the manager) are very helpful and engaging and are very knowledgeable about the products. It’s a bright and colorful store made more so by those great ladies!

The store is lovely but the salesperson/manager(?) was not so lovely. She was overbearing and rude to customers (and to the other lady working who seemed scared of her). I tried on a shirt - I was brought a tank top to try on with it. I noticed it had a pull in it at that time. After trying it on I liked how it looked but didn't want the tank with the pull. I looked on the rack but no more in my size. I looked at the display and was my size. I started taking it off and the lady snapped at me. Hindsight I prob should have asked but but no reason to be that way. I explained and thought she traded it out. Nope she didn't - she wrapped up up the tank with the pull. It was our last night there so didn't realize until I was home 6 hours away. Definitely not a customer focused store.

Love Go Fish Amelia Island! I starting shopping there a year ago when we moved to the area and quickly fell in love with all of the eclectic items and clothes they have in stock. I have even used their merchandise for my own gift basket business multiple times. One of the best things about the store is the staff. The manager Sharon is always friendly and welcoming when we come in to the store and the rest of the current staff is so nice and professional.

I want to love this store, but one employee (owner or manager?) ruined my experience. The employee that helped me when I first came in was kind and very helpful. Then the owner came out. I asked if they had something in the back of the store and when the kind employee asked me about 2 options the rude employee shouted from the back “don’t confuse her just get one” like I was incompetent in making a decision. When I checked out the rude employee was breathing down the kind employees neck telling her everything she was doing wrong with an attitude. Definitely didn’t feel like she wanted anyone in her store and didn’t appreciate the business.

Be extremely cautious about the addition on your receipt. My receipt was marked up by 10%! I realized this after we left Amelia Island and called the store. The owner got back to me and said that the receipt reflects the fact that the items' original prices were 10% more than I was charged. I was told I was getting a 10% military discount; instead, they marked the receipt up by 10% and then took 10% off the total. BE WARY~

I used to love this store I have bought several items for my home at this store. But the last few times I went in there it was the worst experience. The lady that was behind the counter was not nice at all and the music was unbearable. They used to play Christian music but I was told by the sales lady that she was the new person working there and she is Jew so there will not be any Christian music while she is there.
