Literally the best store I have worked with. I ordered ground shipping from Amazon to my house a 4 day delivery turned into a two week delivery to the Fernadinia store causing a major inconvenience . I was pleased to work with Shay and Steven the super squad came to my rescue lol and made sure it made its way to my home:) I would recommend this store 100 times if I could

Gotta give it up to SHAY who is an absolutely delightful person to work with, regardless of your printing/shipping needs. This woman works the room! Addresses customers as they come in, multitasks with multiple customers, all with a sunny disposition and tremendous attitude. What helped me three days in a row with a presentation and event I was assembling. We printed QR codes, PowerPoint slides, surveys, and built tabletop displays. All without much notice! This woman should be running the company.

I can't remember the last time I needed to send a FedEx package but this store makes the process seem less and easy. I already had the prepaid label, so all I needed to do was have it placed in a box and off it went and it arrived the next day...just like they promised. Highly recommend the staff and the services provided

There is very good reason that if you go in this FedEx there's not a line there's two very snotty young girls that belong in elementary school or they seem so, everyone is actually over UPS where are you should be if you want good helpful customer service.

I use them at least 4 times each week and i'm hauling very heavy boxes. They see my car and someone is always there to help me....including Shea and she shouldn't be hauling them either. They are the most hospitable, friendly and helpful crew ever!! I never got that kind of service form the other people in town. I am truly grateful for them. I'm not getting any younger and this helps me soooo much! Thanks to everyone there. Hoping someone above you sees these reviews.

They are awesome! I went in at the end of a long day but had not wrapped my package to ship and they helped me with everything and had a great attitude and we're just so super helpful
