Stopped in while on vacation and it was the best dollar tree I’ve ever been to! So much inventory and everyone was so helpful especially the cashier Saundra!

This is one of the biggest Dollar Trees I've ever been to. They have a great selection of merchandise, and my shopping experience was fine until about 20 minutes in I needed to go to the restroom.
I have a medical condition. I walked to the back and saw that a key was needed to get into the restroom, which is understandable. So I walk up to the front where a cashier (an older woman with gray hair) was checking out a few people. Let's call her Karen. There were another 3 people in line behind the person being checked out. I walked up to her from behind and apologized for interrupting, and asked for the bathroom key. She acted like she didn't hear me. Then after a few seconds she angrily told me that it was over at another register. As I was walking to grab the key, I heard her tell the customer that she was checking out how she wanted to slap me for interrupting her while she was talking. She then said a couple of other things that I couldn't hear. Mind you, I have a medical condition, and I was VERY nice and apologetic for interrupting her to begin with.
I used to work as a cashier, and I would have NEVER been so disgustingly rude to a customer... Especially one who was very respectful when asking for something even if they interrupted a conversation.
At this point, this store was the last place that I wanted to be. I used the restroom and didn't even want to purchase the stuff that I had in my cart, but decided to because my fiancé was purchasing some stuff as well. As we went to go check out, Karen was up at the front complaining loudly to another male cashier about how she is sick of people changing their mind about buying things at the last minute at the register, and how she didn't want to have to go put the stuff away. Pretty sure the whole store could hear her complaining about her job.
Anyways, I will probably never go back to this store again, even though it's a nice Dollar Tree all in all.
Karen, if you're reading this, have fun SLAPPING that merchandise back on the shelf.

Huge selection of everything. Always seems like they have more varieties than Jacksonville location. Place is always clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really good for a DT today with no merchandise on the floor and the shelves decently stocked. There are a couple of things that are pretty awesome for RVing at the Dollar Tree. Today's stop was for a couple of those black poster boards. They're fabulous as a cheap insulation layer and the black color works well too. Fashion and function! Friendly service and I was on my way.
