Encountering Design It Wraps left me deeply dissatisfied, primarily due to the operations manager, Letha, misunderstanding the nature of my request—confusing a lip with a splitter, two terms essentially denoting the same thing in the automotive aftermarket. Rather than addressing this confusion with professionalism, her response was surprisingly arrogant, offering a refund and suggesting I pick up the part. This disappointment deepened when a new quote of $750 was presented, surpassing the initial $450 estimate and inexplicably exceeding their charge for a front bumper by $50. This experience underscores the importance of industry knowledge and clear communication. Flawless tint work! Letha and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They walked me through all of the tint options and patiently answered my many questions. I was able to secure a next day appointment and Design It was able to complete my job earlier than promised. Customer service was excellent, price was on point, and quality was exceptional. I highly recommend this business.

The team at Design It Wraps & Tint replaced old tints on my beloved Jaguar. They did an excellent job on time and actually under budget as they efficiently removed the old tints and had the honesty to adjust the price accordingly. Would recommend the company highly from sales to execution with quality materials.

Very knowledgeable, did a great job! Incredibly professional and easy to deal with. They were honest which I really appreciate. I wanted the windshield tinted, but they recommended against it due to the type of vehicle I have. It has a high likelihood for cracks in the windshield, and the tint is not covered by insurance when repaired. They could have easily taken my money and let me have to pay to have it redone later.

Brent does great awesome work and works up great designs for you along the way and is there with you through the steps. I use him for designs and he caters to you very well and listens to your details. I, as another wrap shop will be definitely working with them again! Really couldn't have done it without them!

I’m wrestling with how to handle a situation. I know for a fact my vehicle was driven by shop employees without my permission, but I’m not seeking the employees to get fired. Yet management and owners need to be aware as business would’ve been liable for any damage to the vehicle.I’ll start with the good. Tint job was very good. No bubbling issues.The bad: I’m not happy with unauthorized use of my vehicle. My car sends me notifications upon being driven anytime and anywhere. I had 3 notifications while I sat in the waiting room.My vehicle had less than 100 miles, meaning the car is highly sensitive to how it’s driven. Manufacturer even says in manual there can be catastrophic consequences to engine later down the road as a result.I had about 66 miles on it when I dropped it off. 74 when I left.Why on earth does window tint require driving my car more than .1 a mile?I’m just livid at the lack of respect. My property requires my consent for someone else to use outside narrow scope of job at hand.I had my tint done on Friday, February 24 2023.
