I purchased a top from Colie's in May wore it once and handwashed it per the shirts washing instructions. The shirt got a rip at the seem and the cloth is very thin plus fraying so it can't be sewn up. I was back to Fernandina July 10th and took the shirt in to see if they could exchange it or what they would do. All the store clerk told me was their exchange/return policy was 14 day with a receipt and there was nothing she could do. She offered nothing else and did not even apologize. I was not trying to exchange because I did not like the top or it did not fit it was faulty garmet and I feel some type of exchange should have been honored.

I have a lot of things to say about Colie’s, and of course many good things!The theme of the store is adorable and very trendy. I like the selection of jewelry and clothing. I know Colie’s is mainly known for her clothing, but if you look around close enough, you’ll find many other amazing finds as well! The building is small so it isn’t too hard to find the perfect gift for someone.Many people who like to save money should keep this note: a lot of the clothes, jewelry, and gifts can be pricey. Of course we all understand about small businesses trying to make profit, but I personally think the prices are a tiny bit expensive for what she sells. But I haven’t found a thing wrong with the product itself! Very good quality of clothes.One big thing I’m very impressed with is the customer service. I believe a small business should have good customer service and I think the owner of Colie’s has it! Very friendly employees and they are willing to help you with whatever you’re trying to find.10/10 and will visit again! I give this store a 4-star only because of the prices but other than that, I think it’s an amazing store and I will be back again sometime!

Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! I absolutely love this place, cutest little boutique. The staff is so friendly with amazing suggestions. I'm not the tiniest thing, but I felt amazing in everything that I tried on, I had to purchase. They have amazing accessories to go along with the clothing. I ended up finding my favorite sticker there. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this shop when I was escaping the rain.

Such a cute store that has something for all ages. Every time I am in town I always make sure to come in. The girl with the cute bangs that was working today has such a nice personality and was very helpful. Everyone that works there has always shown great customer service!
