Gwen gave me excellent customer service when I established my new account with tru star. She told me about sales and up coming classes. She also had alot of product knowledge unlike some of the other beauty supply store in the area.

Great customer service and knowledgeable about products. Gwen is very friendly, knows you by name, always ready to point out the weekly deals and help you find anything you might need. She alone deserves 10 stars.I shop at this store on a regular basis and it's always a pleasure.
