I'm giving 2 stars for the staff that really cares and could do so much more with support from the owner, behind the scenes manager, and the usually missing director who never answers a question. Without proper management a business cannot run. I have a recording of the director, Sara, yelling at me in front of the children. You can hear my voice is calm and I was not talking to her. She enters the 3 year old class room and starts waving hands around and yelling loud enough for the children to know, yelled my sons name, and yelled that I could take him or leave. Mind you, the staff member I was speaking to was calm, receptive, and was addressing the issue. My daughter was fondled by another boy twice, and the director on my recording claims she was unaware of anything because she was in the hospital. Yet, she told police when they went to investigate that she was outside when the event happened. That lady is NEVER there at 6p lol NEVER! But I asked others who were present and they admitted she was not anywhere near to see anything. Another girl was exposed in a similar manner with the same boy. The response from staff when I asked for a followup to see what was the plan, and to know what situation my daughter would be left in was, "You need to tell your daughter to say no and to tell them to go away." My daughter is 5. Also, why is this happening if the director claims to be out there along with her staff? I was lied to and told they take behaviors seriously. Instead, my son has become more aggressive, curses now, and now my daughter has been fondled. There are some good staff, but they pair them with lazy staff or staff that doesn't speak English. Fine for babies, but when you have a class with 3 year Olds, and an out of control autistic 5 year old that tries to runaway constantly, how can 1 teacher speak to all? That 1 teacher runs after the 5 year old while the other plays on her cell phone, so no one is watching the other kids then. I've seen my son kicked and pulled on and he pulled away, and no one seen a thing. Also, when I filed my police report to ensure there was documentation, since they refused to document the incident or give me any formal written notice of the details of the event, they informed me this daycare has had to have their cameras reviewed many times. Yes, it's cheap. And it's cheap for a reason. The owners daughter is running the daycares to the ground. Poor old man left it to his wife. And the daughter could care less what is going on inside this daycare. Never seen her. And would not care to other than to buy it off of her and actually make it into the wonderful place it could be. What a shame. Because it has so much potential. But my kids deserve better than the care this place has to offer. Never seen a daycare center that didn't give you written notice of incidents, especially since they are obligated to keep records of such things. Oh, and last week my daughter came home with abrasions from her forehead to her chin on one side of her face. Of course, no incident report and not even a verbal explanation. Because they do what they want, and if you don't follow suit, they say, "For the safety of your child the owner thinks it's best you find another daycare." Well, at least they didn't lie when they said that!

Love this daycare my kids go there since they were infants. Teachers and directors are absolutely amazing. They treat kids if they were there own kids. And the director gave a lot of chances for the kids that need more care. There VPK class is awesome . The owner really love her her employees she treat them just like family. I recommend this daycare to anybody who's looking for a child care. And there prices are very good compare to other daycares around there. ♥️?♥️?♥️?♥️?♥️?♥️

The teachers are great and do their job really have a caring heart for the kids the director Ms Sarah fails to answer questions when a parent has questions never at the desk always on her personal cell phone and feeding her kids in time when other kids are not eating not fair to those kids watching her kids eat when they may be hungry also she's eating as well she gave me a zero balance and withdrawed my kid because of her personal issues with me the address you can address issues and she's never there when you come horrible daycare because of her but the owner will be contacted and knowing about the issue

Great daycare, the director Sara is very understanding and does everything she can to assure you that your child is being taken care of. The hours are good and the tuition is affordable. Any issues that you may have with anything regarding your child's care the director and her staff will resolve it. Some of the bad reviews on here are a bit crazy. We are all people and nobody is perfect, anything that is bothering you can be fixed with having a respectful conversation.

The teachers take extra special care of the kids and really pay attention to their growth and skill sets. They have worked with us as parents to help potty train and keep consistent behaviors. Both of us work full time and the kids sometimes are picked up later than planned. They are very supportive.

If you're looking for a place that your kid will spend much of their day seated in front of tv, left to run on a playground, pick up bad habits, eat horrible processed food prepared on a counter top and forced to pray before each meal without parent consent, Royal Academy is for you!

This place is aweful! The ratio is 1 Teacher to 11 kids.I have a 2 year old and she has only been attending for 2 weeks. The first week, she caught a cold from there so she was only there 2 days and they told me they couldn't watch her for the rest of the week because she was sick, I understood that but they still charged me the full amount as if she stayed there the whole week! She is constantly coughing and having health problems ever since she started. She has asthma and its obvious they are not following my instructions to give her treatment to her. She cries when I make her go so I know for a fact they're mistreating her. One time I came in to pick her up and they were like "oh let us change her diaper first" I said no because I can do that when I get home. So I got home and was changing her diaper and she only peed yet she still had poop in her crack. They didn't clean her! Im switching day-cares immediately.
