“The quality of the workmanship and the customer service skills of the employees I interacted with were above reproach. That said, it seems like the system was letting them down. I made my appointment through my phone's manufacturer as they have a specific rebate for my device, which the system did not recognize and the employee essentially had to brute force the appropriate payment through. Also, whatever automated system was supposed to text me failed and this was not discovered until I called today to learn that my phone had been ready for around 24 hours. Again, the employees 100% succeeded in spite of the system failing them.”
