“So I’ll start off by saying I was hesitant to try Acupuncture. I’m not a fan of needles, however I was open minded to possibility’s it could create. Hiroko is amazing. Very caring and considerate. I’ve experienced pain relief and it’s been a wonderful adventure.”
“I needed a thyroid panel and was fed up with the long wait times at Quest so I decided to give this place a shot. I’m so glad that I did! It’s very clean and cozy inside and easy to find in Waterford Lakes. There were two staff present at the time and they were so lovely and friendly, I can’t stress that enough. Well, I sometimes get lightheaded if I see my blood being drawn and I made the mistake of looking as the phlebotomist drew my blood today. I started to get the tunnel vision and knew I was going to pass out. I expressed my concern to them and within seconds they had a cold compress on my neck, some sugary lollipops, and some ice water. They just stood by me and took care of me until I felt better and were so sweet and understanding. I really had a great experience here and will be coming back! I would say the only cons are the price (but it makes sense since I didn’t use insurance) and the fact that it was a little toasty in the building and wish the AC was a bit colder. I’ll definitely request to lay down next time too so I don’t pass out ?”

“Dr. Trolice and his team are wonderfully supportive regardless of what your fertility situation is. I went in for a consultation and he was open and honest about my journey and the fact that he didn’t think I needed fertility treatment but that I needed to have a little more patience and take care of my body. His team still provided me with helpful information and best practices while trying to conceive and 4 months after my visit I was able to conceive naturally! The best part was that his team was there to take care of me and answer all of my first trimester questions, do blood work and an early ultrasound to put me at ease since my previous pregnancy was a miscarriage. I cannot thank this team enough for the support, motivation and positivity they provided me during I time I was sad and frustrated. I am so grateful they were recommended to me because they took care of me at the same level as an IVF patient and showed me true kindness and support when I needed it most.”

“I have been to this location multiple times and am pleased and relieved every time. I am a hard stick, so much so that some urgent cares have stuck me 5 times before! Each time I have been here, the tech has listened to my concerns and have gotten blood with just one stick. Additionally, they are fast and I only ever have to wait for maybe one person ahead of me. Plus, labs result directly into MyChart. Highly recommend.”

“I just want to say thank you to Mindy for helping me out this morning. I had an appointment at their Longwood office today at 745am that I made weeks ago, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a note on the door that the location was temporarily closed. Almost at the same moment I got a email that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call or text or where to go to get seen. I put the Lake Mary location in my gps and figured it was worth a shot. When I got there I spoke to Mindy at the front desk, showed her the picture of the Longwood front door, and she just responded with "No worries, come on back". She had me in, done, and out within 5 minutes. I know their closing wasn't her problem but she went above ad beyond to make it right. Thank you very much!”

“Talked to someone today got an appointment Tuesday.I am in a study at this facility, had a scheduled call Friday but was in the middle of something and couldn’t talk. They never called me back, I called them 7 times, no answer. Called 5 times Monday no answer. What’s up with these people, never answer their phones!!??”
“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”

I apologized to the tech for not being able to book an online appointment, which I usually do, and she was truly a great representative for Quest! She was kind, understanding, and made my visit so easy, I thought I owed her something else. 100% - I would recommend the West Lake Mary Blvd Quest to everyone. Clean, ample seating, bright, with even brighter staff. So I should wright what I said when I was there... Thank you, this was far better than I would have anticipate, Thank you.
