Went in for lunch. Used the restroom to wash my hands first. Air blower/hand dryer is broken. No napkins available in the dining room either, so just dry your hands on your shirt I guess. With that type of cleanliness showing, I didn't bother to even order and just left. Who knows how dirty the kitchen is.

On 3/17/24 I placed an order on the app for breakfast at 4am. I paid for my order in the app. I get to the speaker and the guy tells us they are closed, their system was down, and that they can’t make any orders. The car in the lane next to me was allowed to order food and got it. I asked for a refund and the guy told me that he doesn’t do that. I asked who does and he said he didn’t care. Very rude and unprofessional. Corporate please contact me. My order number was WS42.
