I had such a great experience at this location. Checkin was quick and easy. I’m not a person who is afraid of the needle but I barely felt it when she poked me and she was so personable and pleasant. We even chatted a little, talking about our kids and family. And then had a great experience checking out of the store. All the people who work there (morning) are very friendly.

I normally don’t use Labcorp, but had to come to this location after receiving a poor treatment at another well known lab company. Anabel and the other staff were very kind, they went above and beyond. They called my doctor’s office for the lab order and treated me with respect. I recommend this location, they are kind, helpful, fast, and treat their patients with dignity and respect.

I just had a horrible experience with the new tech, I asked her to use the butterfly needle because the other one didn't work with my vein and she did what did wanted to do and used the regular needle to draw my blood and nothing happens, she's moving it around to find my vein and it was hurting me. I said to her see I told you not to use that needle and she immediately pulls it out leaving my bloody arm exposed and yells for her co worker to do it instead, she had a nasty attitude and was very rude and never not once apologized to me! Plus she didn't know what she was doing on the computer either she keeps asking for help with codes and such! She needs to go back to school because I don't think she should hold this position it's a very serious job to have, your in charge of people blood work!

I had an appointment today at 11:45. After having fasted since last night and taking off work to drive over there, I walk up and see a sign on the front door that just said they were closed today due to staffing issues. What is the point of an appointment if they don't call or email you to cancel it if something comes up? Not a happy camper.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BLOOD WORK. I explained to the lab tech Anabelle (sp? blond hair) I do not do well with blood draws (pass out) and explained I would keep my eyes closed, but to please give me a count down before she inserted the needle. I'm not sure if she forgot within the 10 second of me asking her or was too focused on the task at hand. I screamed ouch and said I thought I made it very clear, she apologized. She couldn't get any blood from that arm, so she went to do the other arm. I asked again, please do not forget to give me a count down. Somehow, yet again, she failed to do so. I'm not certain if it is just her bed side manor is that awful, if it is a comprehension issue, or if she just genuinely doesn't care about her patients, but considering she couldn't get blood from that arm either who knows. Livid is an understatement. I hope that the supervisor has a stern discussion with her about unprofessional behavior.

I made an appointment and have been waiting for over an hour for my appointment. So far 2 walk-ins complained enough to be allowed to skip the line…this is completely unacceptable. If there is literally any other option other than this location I HIGHLY recommend it. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service.

This particular Labcorp is located inside the Walgreen's on 17-92. I had to make an appointment for a routine blood work and it seemed that all the other locations were booked for weeks out. I was able to get an appointment at this particular location the following Tuesday at 11:00. Let me start off with a personal complaint. This whole fasting from 10:00 the night before with no food or liquid until 11:00 was not easy. Oh well, the cost of trying to stay well. I got here pretty early, probably a bit over an hour before my scheduled appointment. It was already a line of people here, so we're here for the Walgreens Pharmacy and getting flu shots or vaccinations and then there was me. I had to check in using their quick check-in kiosk and then I waited. While I waited, I did a bit of shopping in the Walgreens and picked up some things at while I might not necessarily need, I will need soon enough. Pretty much razors and whatnot that I found that a better price point than I would find in a supermarket. I will give it this, I was brought in before my scheduled time and while I would not say that they were overly friendly, she drew the blood necessary and I was happily on my way before my scheduled 11:00 appointment.

I have been to several Labcorp at Walgreens locations. Often your in a tiny room that looks like it was a closet before being converted into a lab. This location had a large private area with 2 phlebotomists working. This is the first area I have seen more than 1 person working. Self Check-in is a breeze, scan your driver's license and wait for a text on your phone telling you that it's your turn. It takes a few minutes to confirm your information and grab the proper tubes. My total time there was less than 20 minutes. I would have given 5 stars for this location but I subtracted 1 Star because if you do not book an appointment 10-14 days in advance it is impossible to get a morning reservation, a must if you are fasting, and often all locations will have no reservations available at any time. They do take walk ins but I have waited over an hour and a walk-in. This is my favorite Labcorp at Walgreens location! ?

Prompt & efficient service. I had an appointment and was taken back on time. Bloodwork can be problematic for me but it was quick and easy. Definitely won't hesitate to use them again.

Had an appointment at 2:45pm for an employment drug test and I thought I was going to have to wait a long time. I was in and out and waited literally 3 minutes after checking in.

I made an appointment for a pre-employment drug screen for 10:15am and have yet to be seen at 10:50.What's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to have to wait hours anyway?

I went in for a drug screen appointment and was told they ran out of cups. I made my appointment days prior so I don’t understand how they could run out of cups. I have limited time to get this done and has caused me the BIGGEST inconvenience. Just unprofessional

My husband came to the location at 3:15 to take a drug test for a new employer , as he was at the computer and signing in , the man told him he won’t be seen because he has to be there an hour before closing time and close the door on his face . No where on the website does it say you have to be there an 1 hour before closing time . It was only one other person in there with his spouse . The man was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve tried calling there numerous times this morning and left and message yesterday. This type of treatment is unacceptable!
