By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. “We just purchased bathroom vanities, a linen closet and marble sink tops. The quality and all-wood construction of the items is excellent. We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost.Our experience with the staff was also excellent. “It's a Home Depot. This one is organized pretty well and they don't change things significantly often. The stock is pretty good however, don't rely on the app or website quantities if they are below 3.
Garden center is stocked fairly well with healthy plants. There are still a few workers there that are experts but not like the old days when they would hire department experts and they would be in force. Now it's pretty much just stockers who knows where their inventory is in the store and on the shelves. If you have the app, it will tell you isle and bay number.
You do have to hunt someone down in most cases if you need help. Just not the fully staff store it used to be. Most HW stores are getting that way. The staff is generally nice and willing to help.
The paint department still has quite a selection and of course they will match your color just like anywhere else that sells paint.
Just like everywhere else, mostly self checkout. They need to have service registers open though, a store like this has too many items that require intervention.”
“I was walking home one day and happened to stumble upon this store. I did not know it was located here. I browsed the store for close to an hour. I managed to find some excellent deals! I also found some good deals. And there were also some not-so-good deals. I like what the store has to offer product wise and I'm always looking for the best deal possible. I am sure I will be stopping in here regularly just to see what is new, exciting or just catches my eye. I must say the staff was most helpful and very very efficient!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and let's hope there's many more to come!UPDATE 2022: Unfortunately i have to report that this business has changed its business model a bit. when i originally visited they had pallets of merchandise. What may have been over stock from someplace or possibly close out items or even over purchased construction materials. Everything from exterior lighting for homes to business fire exit signs for business building interiors. From wheels for cabinets, chairs or maybe making your own roller skates. From door knobs to thingy-ma-bobs!. You could just get lost looking around . Now they have gone to just selling flooring, cabinets, vanities and other bath or kitchen building / remodeling items. its a great place if you are in the market for these things the way they display everything is very easy to browse and their customer service is still above par. I just like finding hidden treasures and bargains and i though i had stumbled upon a hidden gem. unfortunately for me my gem has lost its sparkle. But that's just my situation. I would and will still recommend this business for what it has become but probably with a little less enthusiasm than i had before.”

“This Lowe's is always clean and organized. Depending on day and time you might have experienced help in the aisles just like other stores.
They sell Craftsman tools and have a pretty good selection, not nearly as much as Sears used to have but that's understandable. You can find individual sockets here as well. Most of the Craftsman brand is no longer made in the USA but that's not Lowe's fault
They are starting to expand their Klein Tools offering now too if you like that brand.”

“On Thursday bought a quart of paint. Told the young man its satin. He said no it's semi-gloss so that's what he gave me. Did the touch up. After it dries it's not right. Went back they gave me the correct one but the guy said I had to pay for it. No thank you. Spoke to higher up. They fixed the issue. Thank you very much. The young lady helped me and kept apologizing with sympathy. Not that she had to but it was sincere. She wanted to. Now that's great costumer service. Thank you again, night higher up. This better not get you in any trouble. Home Depot need peopl like you all. Keep up the good work. Blessings”
