“I love this place!! They always have new items in there every time I go and everything is priced to sell. Last item I just purchased was a brand new GE mini fridge for $90 and same model on Amazon is $299. Everyone that works there is always there super helpful, they even helped load the fridge into our car. Also, veteran owned and operated so we like to support and thank the owner as well!”

“Every time I go, they have a variety of products, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. I like the option of being able to check information through the app, and I can also order for pickup later. This service saves me the time of having to wander around the store looking for things. It also tells me where the product is located, which is very useful in such a large store.”
“It's a Home Depot. This one is organized pretty well and they don't change things significantly often. The stock is pretty good however, don't rely on the app or website quantities if they are below 3.
Garden center is stocked fairly well with healthy plants. There are still a few workers there that are experts but not like the old days when they would hire department experts and they would be in force. Now it's pretty much just stockers who knows where their inventory is in the store and on the shelves. If you have the app, it will tell you isle and bay number.
You do have to hunt someone down in most cases if you need help. Just not the fully staff store it used to be. Most HW stores are getting that way. The staff is generally nice and willing to help.
The paint department still has quite a selection and of course they will match your color just like anywhere else that sells paint.
Just like everywhere else, mostly self checkout. They need to have service registers open though, a store like this has too many items that require intervention.”

“We just purchased bathroom vanities, a linen closet and marble sink tops. The quality and all-wood construction of the items is excellent. We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost.Our experience with the staff was also excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. High praise to Joe for his help in the process. He made our whole experience stress free and rewarding. “I am a longtime Lowe's fan. This visit was my first foray into electric lawn equipment: after researching online for my electric lawn mower I decided to pick it up in store. There was a friendly young man that was sweeping and stopped what he was doing to help me find the lawn mower I wanted. He even had a helper come with a flatbed cart and load it up. Then I asked about a weed eater or any specials they had available. He directed me to Chris in seasonal who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my many questions and made sure I knew what to do once I left the store. His kind, thoughtful attention was just what I needed to make me feel mire confident about my decision. He, Kayla, John and Terry were such a blessing. Thank you for the great teamwork I saw in action today. Love my Lowe's Team!”
“On Thursday bought a quart of paint. Told the young man its satin. He said no it's semi-gloss so that's what he gave me. Did the touch up. After it dries it's not right. Went back they gave me the correct one but the guy said I had to pay for it. No thank you. Spoke to higher up. They fixed the issue. Thank you very much. The young lady helped me and kept apologizing with sympathy. Not that she had to but it was sincere. She wanted to. Now that's great costumer service. Thank you again, night higher up. This better not get you in any trouble. Home Depot need peopl like you all. Keep up the good work. Blessings”
