Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She was about to go on lunch but still took the time to explain the new savings account, Credit card and even got me a direct deposit slip and debit card. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this branch for years and they are always so kind and helpful. Usually I go through the drive thru. But today, I was having some trouble with the app and I decided to go in so I could make a deposit as well. Nathan was so sweet and took the time to educate me on potentially getting a savings account with a higher interest rate. It’s people like him that make me feel secure with money and banking.

Addition Financial did a great job of addressing concerns I had about a loan. In today’s world those who are hired to assist people often lose patience and fall short of providing great customer service. Well working with Amanda was the opposite. She was very kind and patient during my visit. Not only did she go above and beyond to provide a resolution - she made sure I was educated to avoid this issue in the future. Today’s experience made me decide to close down 2 other accounts I have and move them to this institution. I will be a customer forever thanks!

Long story short, my debit card was “captured” and needed to be replaced. I just happened to be in Orlando and was advised to go to this location to have a new card generated. I needed one asap as I was leaving to return home within 10 hours with meetings in between. Amanda was awesome! She reverified my account info and within mins I had a new card! She also helped to suggest partner Credit Unions in my area going forward.I highly recommend going to see her if you’re in need of services! Thank you Amanda!! You were a life saver!!

Janice and Laura Rea have been amazing. They have helped me beyond my expectation and have given me huge peace of mind. My situation dealt with fraud and it has been very unsettling. These ladies not only solved my problem but also gave me validation and comfort. SO knowledgeable and professional- just a dynamic team who need to be recognized.
