I have bought 3 different tools from them. Over the space of 3 years. I should have known with the last purchase that things would not be different. All 3 items had something broken that isn't quite visible until you use them. I bought an air compressor ( ran when tested) overheated before getting to the maximum pressure and wouldn't shut on until 2 hrs. later. Drill(won't reverse after going forward, but will reverse if you adjust it. Battery Charger. Says it charging but it is really just lit

They had a item that was still listed as available on their website. When I arrived it was sold. One hour after I left, the item was still on the site. Cash America has lost a customer that spent large sums of money in their stores

5 days late on payment and they put it out on shelf. Be courteous and call us the day before or day after to remind us. Not the day you say you are putting it out and you have until 6 to show up when you work until 5 downtown.

Worst pawn shop in that area avoid at all cost they just get your money and not give it to you don’t do layaways at this location policy and attitude are bad even if you want to still get another item and do business

i left my nintendo switch there for 3 weeks. it was clean and fully charged. when i got it today it was dead and it had finger prints all over the screen, also i check in the settings and it said i was playing during those 3 weeks. the only game they played was pokémon shield and who ever played it they took all my legendary and shiny pokémon pretty much half my pokémon wtf two white young guys were working that day, they didn't even check my nintendo he just gave me the money right away. but i know as soon as i left they started going thru my whole console smh. this place is trash.
