Absolutely terrible, guy told me battery would be okay if we just charged it, didn’t call us to let us know it was charged then when we finally got there he let us know that it should last up to a year with it being charged and that it reads good battery. The battery light was still on and we told him and he said eh should be fine, now at 10:30 at night we are stranded waiting an hour and a half for the tow people to get here, us now having to deal with this when we have work early in the morning due to their absolute negligence and unprofessional work.

my car broke down. i was beyond stressed. i had my kids with me and it was hot as h"ll and this lady approached me (i think her name was beth)and asked if i needed help .. she jumped my car and told me to go to autozone and they can run codes. those employees were very helpful with everything!!!

I got a flat tire at night and happened to pull over at this AutoZone. They had already closed, but Aaron and Chevy came out and spent 1+ hour with me, making sure that I was safe and also patching the tire for me!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their kindness, generosity, and willingness to help. I consider myself very, very lucky to have pulled over at this store. Good people work here, and nowadays, good people are hard to find.

This morning (06/28/24), I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jason. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his expertise, he goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience. I went in today looking for various items to work on my car, and Jason gave detailed feedback on what items I should use and how they work. I’m not very knowledgeable on car parts, or handling the maintenance of a vehicle, so I really appreciated the extra information and details he provided. He also assisted me with replacing bulbs in my car, with nothing but a helpful attitude and a smile on his face! I will never forget this experience , as I don’t usually write reviews , but felt like Jason really deserved a shout-out ! This world needs more people like Jason ! I will definitely continue coming back to this location for parts and services.

Jeremiah was the greatest associate I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Autozone.
He immediately acknowledged me when he came back inside from helping another customer.
I had been waiting in line with nobody acknowledging me so it & was starting to get edgy about it. ( I can wait forever if someone lets me know they see me and are getting to me asap)
He helped me and even when so far as to carry my alternator to the car for me.
God, it was so refreshing to see that kind of customer service! Thank You Jeremiah, you made a great impression on me. ?

Thank the staff and recommend the store to others! This location in particular always greets the customers with a friendly smile and are so knowledgeable and helpful! I'll definitely be back for future car needs! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fast and friendly service!
Xavier went above and beyond to help me with checking my battery and checking the sensors on my car.

Careful with this location, especially your vehicle. Grey shirt which normally signifies management was rolling 4 batteries out the front sidewalk. Wid not ue an accessibility ramp and the end result partially flipped cart. Batteries fell off and fit my front bumper. Funny thing.....I was sitting in car, made eye contact an no sense of respect for customer property was given. I previoworked for AZ and there are policies and procedures in place to prevent mishaps like the. It did chip paint so not too concerned because road chips could occur in same area. The lack of acknowledgement is concerning. AZ has paid out several claims due to employers error so simply acknowledgement would have been them minimum. Store credit for touchup paint reasonable. Eye contact and body language of o well is ridiculous. I'm sure LP can review footage to see employee In question if AZ intends to prevent this from happening in the future.

Uggh autozone convinced me that I needed a new alternator when all I really needed was a new battery. My battery was only 2 years old. I went to Holler Honda about getting a new alternator installed & they reassured me that I only needed a new battery.
