Not sure why my birthday cards to two young kids in Sapphire NC never get there in 20 days. It's so disappointing. I guess to get a card to someone in late Feb. one must mail it at Thanksgiving or the latest Christmas.

I’ve never had a post office treat me like family until we moved here and met the employees at Fellsmere USPS. Even during the most stressful holidays, the crew at this post office will always greet you with a smile! They never rush anyone and are always so friendly.

Went in to renew my passport and was greeted by Philip. He was amazing!! The other Lady that was working with him, and I apologize I forgot her name, both were very proficient and went above and beyond to make sure my documents were correct and in order. I appreciate them both for making my process peaceful and full of ease. This type of professionalism is what our Country has been lacking. Thank you both! High five!! They are the best of the best!

The two beautiful ladies that work here are so kind, friendly and helpful. Went in yesterday to get some help with my children’s passport renewals and I can’t say enough good things about these wonderful ladies that work here. They take pride in their job. Best experience I’ve had at a USPS office.

Moved from New York to Fellsmere and had my mail forwarded. There's been a little delay in my closing so I called to see if they could hold my mail. The people are super friendly and accommodated me without issue. Picked up my mail today at the office and once again super friendly and pleasant. This is a huge change from my former post office where they acted like they were doing you a favor by answering the phone. These people deserve a raise for the simple courtesy they have here. ?
