Avoid this metro by all means. Went in two weeks ago told the sales rep I wanted to be on the 80 dollar plan and today I received insurance packets for my phones. Never did I request insurance to be put on the phones and when I called corporate to remove insurance apparently he also put me on an 90 dollar plan. Who conducts business this way by finessing customers without consent or the customer knowledge? Crooks
