An Unforgettable fun day at Fellsmere Frogleg FestivalDate Attended: January 2024Featuring a unique delicacy that's not found everywhere, the Fellsmere Frogleg Festival was an unexpected delight. We always go yearly to have this experience, I couldn't resist the opportunity to try frog legs in a fun and festive atmosphere. From the moment we arrived at the festival grounds, I was impressed by the vibrant energy and fun hospitality that permeated the air. The organizers had done an excellent job in creating a family-friendly event with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. From thrilling rides to engaging live performances, there was no shortage of entertainment options. The highlight of the festival, of course, was the mouthwatering frog leg offerings. As a regular to this particular delicacy, I was pleasantly surprised that the taste and texture gets better every year. The frog legs were expertly cooked, crispy on the outside with tender and succulent meat inside. In addition to the delectable frog legs, the festival also showcased a wide array of other culinary delights. From classic fair favorites like funnel cakes and corn dogs to unique treats like barbecue and fries, there was something to satisfy every palate. The presence of local food vendors and artisans added a charming touch, showcasing the vibrant culinary scene in Fellsmere. One aspect that truly impressed me was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the festival. The organizers and volunteers were dedicated to ensuring that every attendee had an enjoyable experience. It was evident that the festival had a strong sense of community, as locals and visitors alike came together to celebrate this quirky delicacy. The only reason I did not give it a full five stars is because the festival can get quite crowded at times, which may result in longer lines and wait times. However, the fun-filled atmosphere and the delightful flavors more than made up for this minor inconvenience that’s why the events are 4 days. We definitely went twice. All in all, the Fellsmere Frogleg Festival proved to be a delightful and memorable experience. It's a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking to expand their culinary horizons and immerse themselves in a unique local tradition. I look forward to attending again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly one-of-a-kind gastronomic adventure.

This was my first year as a vendor at this festival. My review is specifically about Kyra, the young lady who runs the festival. I've been to many festivals, every weekend somewhere along the Eastern Seaboard of the US and I've never met an organizer so organized and good at what she does. She ran us vendors like a principal of a junior high school haha! Kind and caring, yet firm and fair. She's good. She cares about her vendors and comes around to every single booth, both days, to check on them. She was a refreshing change from many other promoters I've dealt with in the past who don't seem to care about their vendors. Other vendors spoke highly of her, and we all agree that she really is the best. Fellsmere is lucky to have such a sweet, smart and engaging businesswoman working with them. It's rare to find. Thanks Kyra! You deserve to know that you really are literally the best in the business! Also, the festival itself was excellent. Kind people and huge attendance. Highly recommend!

Way too crowded. Area too small for this event. Every lowlife looking for free event there. Took 1 1/2 hours in a line to get my frog leg dinner. Cheesy event. Perfect for low income rednecks.
