As a business, I had a truly disappointing experience with this hotel, specifically dealing with the owner of the establishment. Despite there being a contract, signed by both parties, I never received my deposit back. It's been a frustrating year of empty promises from the owner, Mike.
Mike, who apparently owns multiple hotels including Cadillac and others, assured my business that the refund was on its way, but sadly, it was nothing more than lip service. It's disheartening to see a business fail to uphold their end of the agreement and engage in such unprofessional behavior.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this establishment to exercise caution.
Choose your accommodations wisely, and be cautious when dealing with an owner like Mike, who seems more interested in making promises than delivering on them.

Horrible customer service. Very rude , would not take my debit card , said cash only or no room, then when I got cash he wouldn't rent me a room, called the owner and he did nothing about it, we r homeless and I have a 10 year old boy too. We had been there for almost a week already but was a couple hours late getting the money to pay for another night... They kicked us out of the room we already had and would not rent us another one. No reason.!!!!! ? This place will NOT BE GETTING ANY OF OUR MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!!! ????

DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT EXACTLY, THAT'S JUST HOW BAD IT IS.Rooms: Small in need of cleaning, and repairs. Doors are pointless to lock they looked like they've been kicked in more than a few times. Parking lot is pothole central.Safety: What safety?Noteworthy details: Wouldn't recommend staying there.

Wow, it's the roach motel.. there even in the frigerator. I can't even sit on the bed. I've seen a bad hotel a few times in my life but this place.. wow.. no, I'm never going to ever be that desperate. I will go sleep in my car.But if for some reason someone has to stay. You should check your stuff when you leave. Because my friend put his shoes back on and he had 2 roaches in his boots. You probably don't want to bring these guys home with you.. lol. Good luck.

First original room we got was 107 i think or 108 very tiny dark an depressing ac didn't work very dim light an the wall color soaked what little light there was and made darker didn't have a tp holder stayed in not even an hr an went to manager an asked for a diff room manager was very nice and accommodating the second room 116 was much nicer big and lots of light gr8 view biggest flaw there was in was a service dead zone for my cell didn't get barely any signal and the motel net wasn't very good either once I got pw for it. Perk was there was a gas station literally next door and this beautiful nature park across the road with beautiful springs tho trails wernt marked well and there wasn't any maps in the map boxes

The room was ok for price . But the shower handles was broke very had to get the temperature right for the kids.Nearby activities: Across from Fanning Springs. Very beautiful place to take the family.Walkability: Walkable to a gas station next door. Across the street is the springs. Behind the gas station is a park. And a restaurant next door on both sideFood & drinks: Gas station next door and the Light house restaurant next door to that. On the other side is another food place.
