This is absolutely the worst Verizon Store ever. They absolutely ruined my account and my son's. We spent over 3 hours at the store trying to transfer my son's account to his individual account. At the end they had to give my son a different number and froze up all his accounts tha are tied to his number. The account was never removed from my account, so after all that time I still have to get with Verizon and remove his account myself. Do not believe their ratings, they have a duplicate Google account with all the bad ratings. Drive two hours to Orlando and get someone competent to work on your account, they will destroy your account and act like the Keystone cops if you ask them to fix it.

I've been using this Verizon store since I moved to Tavares 4 years ago. I met a young man named Evan Shard who has not only been a representative for me for Verizon, but also turned out to be one of my best friends. He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years. It's a great big THANK YOU to Evan for all the help he has given me in the past.

Had an awesome experience! Anthony was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We had a massive overhaul of our account with a ton of questions and requests. He handled everything, saved us money, and had us leave completely satisfied. Thank you!!

Aaron Baldwin did a great job! He moved a 20 year T-Mobile customer over to Verizon. 14 lines, 5 watches, seemed pretty seamless. He pursued the sale and won!

Excellent service experience I had with James I came in with a cracked screen and needing a new phone James was really helpful and got me a new phone with no deductible im really happy with there service and really recommend this store to anyone
