The whole buying experience was very much a pleasure. Salesperson Dolores Herman did a fantastic job throughout the whole process of purchasing our Chevy Malibu making us feel comfortable and relaxed. She answered all our questions in detail. I really like the new process of someone meeting the vehicle, asking the purpose of the visit and directing where to go. The process inside was super convenient. Separate desk for the express service and he did a great job, checking me in, getting my info and helped with using my rewards points. Really like the text notifications. Car looked great and everything was done as promised. Had a really good conversation with Dean. He takes the time to just talk with customers. Nothing in particular, just talk and if it gets to Chevrolet products, he is the expert. Look forward to the next visit!

Purchased a used vehicle from Roman last year had an awesome experience. Roman was top notch and they made us feel like family. Fast forward to this year and we took my military son to trade in a Ram for a more family friendly vehicle. Well first off the saleswoman that approached them, unprofessionally dressed, they were taken aback by her. Second, they appraised my son's vehicle told him this is the offer handed him his key and didn't even try to negotiate a deal. So they left and went to another dealership and he walked out with a new car. Will never be back here that's for sure. Disappointed.

Vince Gwin Service Representative was incredible. I love this dealership they are courteous, friendly and extremely helpful on taking care of a customer. I love this dealership. They truly care about their customers. I recently had to drive in with a flat tire, in less than 1 hour I was back on the road, professional honest and customer service based. You can't go wrong with this dealership

Sales person Roman Hernandez answered my questions on the phone and explained options to me. He then was great at the in person visit and helped me tremendously. I am handicapped and he made sure all my needs were met. Finance person (Mark?) explained and discussed the best extended warranty for me. The owner Vann Gannaway come out to say 'hi" and all in all made me feel special to them all. From reception desk to all sales people - this is a wonderful group of people.
