I was just told that the FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP stickers are useless since all packages go thru a conveyor belt that practically drops everything. Yay!
Lost a package to the same address 3 times but delivers to 2 other addresses in the same community without issue. I just found out I can request missing mail searches and file claims so suddenly my packages are arriving where they're supposed to be. Makes me believe they've been keeping my stuff all this time.
I requested a mail hold for a week but my mail was still getting delivered, I watched them drop off mail everyday thru my camera. Had to ask someone to pick it up for me since the post office couldn't do their job.
Also, how do you request an ID verification for change of address but then send a letter to go back to the post office to verify again? I filled the form in front of the employees and still couldn't get my mail moved

Went to the post office to get a key for my mail box ……they gave me the wrong key and I had to go through a box that wasn’t mine only to look through other peoples confidential mail that’s not mine …..I went back to switch the key for the right one. But nobody knows what’s going on …..they don’t know where my key is or my mail…..this office sucks

Quite possibly the worst post office branch I’ve ever dealt with too.
I sent a money order through them and it never reached the person I sent it to.
They made me wait 30 days to report it as stated in the money order policy.
I finally report it online and the policy states it could take 30 days for them to issue the refund, and that in order to investigate the refund, they take $17.50 from the refund itself. They had me show up in person, took 15 mins walking around confused trying to find the form for me to fill out, then charged me to mail the form.
Finally after 62 days, I get my $121 back in the form of $104 via a check that cannot be mobile deposited but must be deposited in person… and that could take up to 5 business days to process.
5 business days later, my $104 from over two months ago finally clears. I’m sure though if I owed the post office money (somehow, someway) and I told the post office I wouldn’t be getting their money to them for 62 days, they would throw a fit. Unfortunately that seems to be how the world works now.
Never again.

Karina did an excellent job helping me mail a package ? to Sweden. She explained the process to mail it overseas and the various costs that were involved. The package arrived to Sweden in about a week and was delivered to the recipient in a timely fashion. Thank you, Karina, for all your help.

Hector the worker looked like he didn’t want to be there. He wasn’t helping addressing issues until his coworker overheard and she ended up helping out.

I would leave negative star reviews if I could for this location. We printed postage on 200+ envelopes on 3/1/24 and the post office did not take them back to be mailed out until 3/2/24. We dropped them off at the post office on 3/1/24. They put a notice in our PO Box on 3/6/24, 6 days later, to let us know that they still had all of our pieces of mail and that I needed to take them and restamp them and bring them back today, 3/7/24, because they said the date was not 3/2/24. I dropped them off THE SAME DAY I STAMPED MY ENVELOPES. I have been using metered mail for over 10 years and this has NEVER happened to me. I 100% believe this was a control/power trip issue. This has cost our business hundreds of dollars in postage.

The people at this post office distribution center are phenomenal. If I can suggest one thing, it would to be to add a self service machine to your lobby. I think it could really help with the lines! ??

There is a reason for all the extremely poor ratings. I have had multiple issues with this location over many years. Today I walked up to the line backed out of the building because there was one person working the register - in the heart of the holiday season. After 10 minutes the line had still not moved. I will find another post office to mail my things from.
