I won’t set foot in this store ever again. 2 times they refused to do business with me. One time I tried to ship an optic mounting plate and was told it’s a gun part. I tried to ship springs in a box for a firearm magazine and they would not give me the time of day. I tried to explain that what was in the box was nothing more than a spring, but the young ladies were very rude and adamant that no guns or parts could be shipped. I wouldn’t give these folks my business if they were the only store in town.

We printed a good amount of pages and they charged us like 1.60 dollars per page!
We even printed double sided. When we went to the register, expecting to pay a normal amount, they said the price we had to pay and it was outrageous. We even called them later, and they said that was the price and they couldn’t do anything about it. I can change this review if they change the prices. The staff did a great job, just the printing prices are off the charts and not announced near the printing machine.

The staff is ok, but the pricing is highway robbery. I never ship via UPS from this place and opt for FedEx or USPS because pricing is so much better elsewhere. I needed to ship an item, buyer insisted on UPS Ground, what usually costs me $9 at OfficeDepot with FedEx cost me over $21 at this store with UPS Ground. I hate coming here, ripped off every time I have to spend money here. I need to find another UPS store because these thieves have seen the last of my dollars.
