I was very impressed with the father/son who own the business. So while I was waiting on an estimate for a bracelet: a man came in to sell silver items. The owner asked him how much he thought it was all worth. The man guessed at $300. The owner said no much more, and gave him $700 for the items. That was the most honest thing I have seen in a long time!

I recently sent my crystal glasses and collectables to this business for repair. Since I was shipping a took extra care to assure that all items were wrapped in bubble wrap and separate in order that they did not arrive broken. Once the repair was completed the repaired items were sent back and not wrapped properly. Instead that were placed in my same box but not protected. What has resulted is 6 out of the 11 cocktail glasses damaged and the large collectable damaged too. The service here was poor and unless I called them I never heard from them. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Was a little nervous to go inside, they are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and recommend they to my family and friend.

I had the best experience when needing my wedding ring fixed. Went in and the owner's son waited on me, he was very professional and kind. He took pictures of my ring to show me what needed done, with a through explanation, got my ring back when he said it would be ready. They did a beautiful job. I would recommend to anyone needing jewelry repair or wanting to buy some beautiful jewelry go there, you won't be disappointed.
