“We just purchased a power sofa and recliner from Babette's. We were a long time making our decision and first purchased a set we thought would be right for us but wasn't. We then ordered a better one and Renee worked with us so well. She allowed us to use the sofa we ordered first as a loaner while the new one we ordered was being manufactured. We got our new one this morning, earlier than expected. Delivery and setup was perfect. We are very happy with our purchase and so appreciative of Babette's being willing to work with us. It is our furniture store of choice for the future!”
“Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately that was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself.
