John and Nancy were fantastic! They rescued me from an awful situation with another storage co who WAY overcharged us. The guaranteed rate plan they offered was just what we needed. Lilliam is awesome! We ended up needing 2 units & she found one real close to us. Nancy is also terrific. Morningstar is cordial, friendly and efficient. Have done business with them in the past, and will deffinitely use them again if we ever need storage.
