He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years.
