Google had an incorrect time of closing, for Saturday doors shut at 4pm not 5pm. There was someone there still working and showed no indication of leaving anytime soon. I planned on walking out with something for my wife, I guess the country hospitality doesn't shine very bright at this place. Especially for a downtown shop and in the industry I do expect more when high dollar items are involved.

Went in search of fine jewelry for a formal event. Sales ladies looked me up and down from walking in, decided I didn't have money and tried to direct me to the CZ pieces immediately.When we showed no interest in the CZ, and that we were there for pearls and gold, both ladies walked away. We proceeded to look around, wanted to see a pearl piece, the lady begrudgingly came over with the worst attitude. She didn't want to show us the piece. She gruffly said this a $500 necklace and wouldn't even show us the necklace, tag, nothing. I will NEVER go there again and will forever tell about this experience. MERRY JEWELERS, do better with your customer service. My daughter loved that piece, and if you didn't have that attitude, you would have had a sale and future customer as I collect pearl pieces. Don't judge your customers from walking in!

Ms. Mary and her son are incredibly proficient at cleaning, polishing, and sizing. Their work is second to none, and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and a beautiful inventory of basics as well as one of a kind pieces at fair prices. Just what we were looking for to have a family heirloom refurbished. They do the work in-house and they know what they are doing! Skip the cookie-cutter stores! I’m so glad we found them and I will be returning for new purchases as well as repairs.

My family was in some straits. We needed some extra money so we took some gold that we handling around the house in to try to make it through bills after taking the gold and I received $1700 for 14 karat gold, two bracelets today, 16 January 2024 I took in another bracelet was offered $300 didn't find anything I wanted in the store so just to check I took it to a Joy store right around the corner. The other jewelry store said the bracelet was worth $800. They offered me $600 for it which is twice as much as this one after explaining to them the two bracelets that I took in the previous Friday, they looked at me and it said that the bracelets more than likely as explained we're worth over $3500. I went back in to talk to the people at this jewelry store to let them know how disappointed I was feeling like I had been scammed, the only thing they would tell me is other jewelry stores are competitive, and they'll say anything to try to make themselves look better. I would understand this, if the other jewelry store had offered me twice as much and then paid me twice as much for the same piece of jewelry that I had just brought into thisbusiness do not take your gold here. If you were in need of money you receive less than half of what it's worth obviously I would not be turning things in if my family did not need the money seriously would not recommend this place to anyone.
