Worst customer service I have ever had with the 47 Ferraris I have owned in my life. I made the mistake of using a friend’s advice, and never again, no longer a friend, lol.In all the independent shops I have used along with Ferrari dealer, this guy has to rank amongst the worst in the business. Needs to learn common business ethics and courtesy. Stay away, best to pay more at the dealer.

Worst customer service ever. You would be better off using Pep Boys to work on your car even if it's your Ferrari. I don't understand how someone like that can be in business, unreal. Do yourself a favor and use someone that will not only take care of your nice car but also communicate with you.

Having owned multiple Ferraris and other exotics, I can unequivocally say you won’t find another mechanic more experience, more fair and more honest than Bruce. I’d ship my cars across the country to have Bruce work on my cars even if I were to live a block away from the most reputable Ferrari service Authorized dealership in the country. His mechanic expertise and problem solving skills are equally matched by his integrity.Services: Transmission

Bruce and staff go above and beyond time and time again. His no compromise commitment to quality workmanship never ceases to amaze me. Fast but never rushed, he takes the time to ensure your satisfaction. Rey is a master with paint correction work and bringing back a better than factory finish. Don't waste your time with other shops, trust me!!!
