Bought a chair for $1,500.00 At this price you would think it would be a good one! The leg rests were off, seat Cushioning was wrong. They came out to fix it four times and never did fix it. I asked them to replace the chair with a new one they refused I called the maker of the chair she said they didn't have the chair anymore and they were do nothing about it. That was $1500.00 down the drain. Beware, never buy anything here.

The purchase I made was a very expensive one and quite difficult for me. It was not my first choice but was told it was a better quality and more expensive, but the price I had been quoted was all I would pay. That was false. when I went to pay, I was charged an extra $ 100.00 and the man would not stand by his promise. I am very unhappy that I did not just walk out. I've had trouble with the purchase from the very first week. They did not want me to involve the manufacturer, the man told me he could take care of it himself. He worked on it four or five times total and the problem was not resolved. The next time I called I told them I wanted the item replaced and was told they did not have anymore, which was untruthful. The manufacturer was involved and sent people here to work on it but the problem still was not taken care of. I have contacted both places since with no reply. i am out $ 1000.00 and do not have money to replace the item myself which I need because of my disability. I feel this is a very dishonest establishment and they do not take care of their responsibilities. I am leaving this review but I am hoping I will have help in resolving this matter.

I had a horrible experience. The owner doesn't tell about its non-returnable policy until after the product is delivered. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company. If my credit card didn't side with me, giving me a full refund, I would have taken the store to small claims court. I suggest shopping at a place that's reputable.

If I could rate this store a minus I would. I went in with a friend on January 8, 2019 seeking a loveseat and swivel/rocker chair. I found the perfect chair that not only would swivel and rock but recline as well and it was crimson which was perfect. Mama (Jean) told me it could be ordered to glide as well. Great, I was sold on the chair! There was a comfy loveseat (in brown) on display. In chatting I stated that I did not like dark colors and needed a light color to match my existing furniture. The son chimed in that he could order it in a LIGHT GRAY even though he didn't have that color in the store. I was hesitant stating that gray was my least favorite 'color'. My friend stated that she thought it would look good in my house, especially with pillows to accent and blend. I agreed and wrote a check for just change under $1000 and said I had no problem waiting a month for my purchases to arrive.
