I personally watched my neighbor break down and cry with how well this company processed her towing claim. Her tears of gratitude and thankfulness was very touching. The driver was appropriately dressed, friendly but highly professional and very well trained in his job. The day before, she was unfortunate enough to be in queu with a Marion County tow company that ended up in sheriff calls and a stolen vehicle as well as being inappropriately spoken to and touched by that driver who was inappropriate in all areas of his job.When the driver arrived from Eustis Amoco it had been pouring rain since midnight and although he was soaked, and in pouring rain currently, it did not divert his job. He drove down 140 feet to see where he should drop her truck, and then he backed out another 140 feet to turn around, and then backed down again 160 feet to drop the truck exactly where the only actual parking space was left in her driveway.He did not know anything about the towing company the day before and knew his job well, and had no physical problems doing it, nor did he have an attitude. He was highly professional and let her know that she could request his company specifically for any future towing needs from Triple A.Eustis Amoco hires quality drivers and in no way did a lone female have to worry about anything. Be careful of these other companies who hire anyone off the street.

Highly recommend Eustis Amaco Towing we broke down with my 9 year old son, called multiple tow companies and no one was available. I want to thank the dispatcher for helping us she was so nice & the amazing tow truck driver. Handled my car well & no damages.Thank you guys ??

The towing company is great, but the mechanics are terrible. Had my truck towed there and they said I needed a whole new rear end. Checked it myself when I got it towed back home, and it's just the axle & hub that needs to replaced. Not the whole rear end. They didn't even bother to check the differential before telling me this. I know this cause differential gasket was still stuck tight. Maybe it was a one time thing. Idk

I have a new driver in the house and she accidentally put diesel in her car. The first tow company that I called was busy and gave me their number and I am so glad that they did! I had no idea how to handle the situation and the driver was extremely kind and guided me through the process. The vehicle was picked up and serviced within a few hours despite being told that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the morning and they gave me a hell of a deal to fix our boo boo. The lady in the office was extremely kind and they made what was a semi hectic day glide with ease. Very grateful for their service and will most definitely be back for future services.

This place is great! I have used their towing service and the man was prompt and helpful. I have also used them for repairs for my O2 censor, and alternator. Their prices are fair and honest. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Eustis Amaco!

I'm going to guess one of the eustis longest surviving gas station automobile place maybe other than almonds very professional auto mechanics or well knowledge the tow truck drivers do an awesome job

My insurance contracted these people for towing services. They were notified at 6:30ami called a little before 8 to check the status and the so called owner tells me she cannot talk to me right now because she had to make a doctors appt and was extremely rude as well as a man who also answered the phone! You people are running a business your personal issues have nothing to do with your customers we don't need to f****** know if you are scheduling a doctors appointment that's not why we are calling you and we damn sure don't need your business I canceled using them due to their horrible attitude

Yesterday our vehicle wouldn't start and I suspected a bad alternator. I finally had to call my Roadside Assistance to have it towed and they dispatched Eustis Amaco. I was going to have it towed to one of the big box companies for convenience but after reading the reviews here decided to have it towed to their shop instead. Great decision! They correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me prompt communication, didn't try to upsell me anything and had it quickly repaired for a very reasonable price. I will be using them for my automotive needs in the future!Services: Electrical

I needed my vintage car towed to a specific repair shop and it was a great experience. AAA picked up my bill but I feel their prices for a local tow were fair..I needed a flatbed truck because of the nature of my car too. Driver was professional, careful and very nice to talk to. I will use them again in the future.

They AAA towed my car, their shop is a AAA recommended repair shop, the mechanic kept me informed of everything. On the 3rd day I got my car back. Cash money talked, and I'm "on the road again"....

Dropped my car off using the overnight key drop to get the front end checked out. They called me the next morning and were very polite and professional and did exactly what i asked and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.

4/27/21 5:45pm. Eustis Amoco Towing was very communicative during the process. They saved me a trip to the dealership too! Car said it was the brake system in 5 separate notification when in actuality it was the battery. The guy got in the car to check it before hookup and saw the battery may be causing the issue. Thank you Amoco Team! Saved me the hassle of a hotel and got me back home.Services: Brakes
