Had a great experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. Long story short, I had a truck reserved with Enterprise rental (not the truck division) to pull my food truck from Florida back to PA. I called customer service weeks earlier to make sure their trucks had a receiver for my hitch. They said they do(must have thought I was talking about their truck division, which I didn't know they had). When I got there to pick it up, the trucks don't have towing capability and I was told towing wasn't allowed. The person there informed me of their truck division about 10 miles up the road. Went there and was taken care of by the branch manager Bernie Feliciano who was awesome. He said they don't normally offer one way rentals, but given my situation, he made a couple of exceptions to their normal policy and put me in a brand new Chevy diesel 3/4 ton. I wish all customer service was this good! Thanks so much!

This place knows how to take care of customers. I needed a truck unexpectedly and both times they were able to help me out. In the future I will make sure I reserve with enough time. John has been awesome to work with.

Rented a 2500 truck w/towing to make a move. John the assistant Manager set me up in no time and I was on the road. Was even given the option to return the truck on Sunday instead of paying for an extra day while it sat idle. Retuned on Monday to complete paperwork and this time Barney the Manager got involved. Two very knowledgeable and great guys got me the best deal ever! The truck was top of the line and was perfect for my needs. You need to rent a truck see these guys at Enterprise!

Tried renting a box truck with a lift for 12/02/22 they said call back Wednesday I tried but they kept hanging up I tried about 20 times, this place sucks along with the guy who kept hanging up on me.

Jeff was very professional. He made the transaction as easy as possible from start to finish. Was very to the point and decent over the phone. Whenever I call to rent a vehicle for myself or family, it’s usually answered by someone who doesn’t want to be there, is short and unhappy, and you hear it over the phone so it turns you off from doing business. Jeff went above and beyond to provide a quick and comfortable service without the negative attitude you usually get. Anyway, thank you for your time Jeff.

I have given out many five star reviews here on Yelp!, but this may be the first time I have said that our experience was perfect. Really. To begin with, this is the only major car rental place in Eustis. Convenient. Our vehicles are too old and unreliable for a long trip, so I checked my auto insurance and found my coverage would be the same, just as if we were driving our own vehicle. Cool. The insurance website further said that even if our vehicle was newer, it is cheaper to rent when you figure the cost of wear and tear on your own car. So on a Thursday I reserved an economy car and we went to pick it up Friday. (The closest I can come to a criticism is that they are only open until noon on Saturday and not at all Sunday.) When we went to pick it up, they offered a free upgrade to a Toyota Sienna. Lower gas mileage, but a stronger engine for hills and more storage space for a long trip. Unlimited mileage, and $400 for over two weeks seemed very reasonable. And she didn't try at all to upsell extra insurance or other options. We loved the Sienna to the point we will look into buying one when we are ready. A service light came on, and when I looked it up it said an oil change was needed. I called and he checked their records and saw the oil had recently been changed. They must have forgot to reset it. We were fine. We had it for over two weeks and then returned it. The same woman handled the return and seemed to remember us. We asked about their process of releasing their vehicles for sale and she said when we were ready to start looking to buy, we could talk to to someone on their sales team. The entire process was so smooth and satisfying, I am sure we will be using Enterprise again, probably even for shorter trips.

A.j and Derrick are the sales reps there. Great guys very helpful. We have rented from them many times and will continue to do so. For all our truck rental needs. It's a 30 min drive from our location but well worth the drive for the service.

I have always had a good experience at this Enterprise location. I occasionally rent vans for business purposes and the price is always reasonable. Ask for Derrick Vaughn, he provides the best customer service that I have ever experienced from a truck or car rental business.

This car rental company here in Eustis, Florida is awesome. Rented a car for 1 day. The service was fantastic and quick. Mary and all the staff were professional, friendly and just down right helpful. The car was in perfect condition inside and out. Recommend this place anytime to anyone needing a car. Thank you for all your help!

If I could give zero stars I would. Was needing a pickup to complete some weekend projects. While I typically use UHaul or Home Depot I decided I would give Enterprise a go since the first 150 miles were free. I made an online reservation and the following day upon arrival, I was told they didn't have any trucks by an associate. That individual made a call (manager I assume) of which ultimately was told “sorry, we don't have anyâ€. That was my first experience of which will also be my last. I'll stick with competent businesses who honor reservations or find solutions when they screw up.

Told me that my NRA discount is no longer taken because, like all the ignorant people, blaming the gun not the individual is the problem. My reservations have now been cancelled for March 14th. You WILL miss those sales to be cancelled all because your management is ignorant.
