“After my terrible experience at the Mount Dora location, Amaris was beyond helpful and showed true customer service. Although cricket support (the chat people) were not helpful, she still continued to strive for answers for me. “I've been using this Verizon store since I moved to Tavares 4 years ago. I met a young man named Evan Shard who has not only been a representative for me for Verizon, but also turned out to be one of my best friends. He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years.
