Card system is down every other day. Cashier's hanging out and talking behind the counter as a line queues by the self checkout, without opening the register.

This place is ridiculous. They have a self scanner at the checkout, so the workers refuse to actually ring anybody out at the register. Since when do those machines replace customer service? I still need to ask them for cigarettes, so they actually have to do something. I just got refused to be helped at the register because Linda, the cashier, told me she will only do lottery at the register while she stood there doing nothing. Then she told me if I didn't like it, to call the 800 number and complain. Lazy and ridiculous.

A little after 6pm and the register went down she told every one to get out twice she had to call her manager then moved to the next register and immediately it worked

One of the better circle k 's around here.. best one actually. Out of the 5 that are within 5 miles of the house I stay at sometimes.. haha. Freakin Sorrento... ?
