drove 20 minutes to the store to stand in the front for ten minutes, no one around to help. Finally someone comes from the back, NOPE, he completely ignores me, while talking to someone in a side office who asked him if he wants to works tomorrow. I left and will make my purchase somewhere else.. they are obviously too busy to take my money

Average at best. They get the job done but usually takes several weeks, even just for service. You’re lucky to get someone to answer the phone and they don’t give you an option to leave a message…nice folks but not very efficient.

What great service ! My Toro mower broke a belt in the middle of my yard. I called CFM and they came and picked up my mower, repaired it and had it delivered back to me in 1 & a half days. All this for a very fair price. Thank you CFM !

Great place! Usually have everything you need. Parts might have to order something from time to time but they getting in within reason. The mechanics are knowledgeable but nothing is cheap, arm and a leg… learn to work on your stuff is the best advice…

Beware of this mower repair place, you drop your mover they don't call you back I had to follow up back after 3 weeks no one bother to call back, and once they diagnose the problem is not what was wrong, I was told my engine had major issues and would not start, Conflicting stories, pickup my mover and service myself, start on the first pull. Bought parts from another dealer.
