Be careful with this place if they’re taking automatic payments from your account. They continued to take payments after everything was paid off. The account read having a credit of hundreds of dollars and they never intended to stop taking the payments. Instead of sending a letter or email saying the items were paid off they just continued to take & take so when we called and had to tell them to stop and close the account now we have to wait two weeks to get our money refunded. It’s left a bad taste in our mouth & this isn’t the first time we’ve had to tell them to stop taking money from our account. We’ve been through this before and the first time should’ve been the last time . They’re quick to take money that doesn’t belong to them and reluctant to give it back. Why should we wait weeks to get money they never should’ve taken? If they’d not been greedy we might’ve taken that credit and bought a bed we’d been eyeing but forget it. I can make payments on Amazon for the same bed they won’t continue to take from our accounts when the item is paid off and it’s cheaper.

I've been doing business with Badcock sense 03' and they have always have done a great job at the local stories. From the Lake Butler store to the Lake City store and now Eustis Florida store. I have no bad words or feeling with anyone at the local stores. They are Great People.
Unfortunately the company has switch a lot of corporate things around. Now for the record I know I take responsibly on my end regarding a part of this matter.
But because of the harassment from the corporate office I will no longer will do business with Badcock. I was advised to call the corporate office and file a complaint. I've been on hold for over hour. This is uncalled for or they are having so many complaints, they can't answer their phones.
Eight phone calls on Sunday, then Monday 10 phones. Then Tuesday morning the calls started. I had received 3 calls in 15 minutes.
Good Bye Badcock, We will miss you, I should have left when the other owners left too.

Our salesman Josh has gone above and beyond to make sure my family has been take care of. He stayed in contact with myself and my wife throughout the delivery process and even came out on a delivery to make sure we received every single item correctly. I would recommend Josh and Eustis Badcock to anyone.

We come to Badcock in Eustis for all our home furnishings. Phil is always available to help us and Nicole was a pleasure to work with this past time around.
