“They rebuilt my rear-ended 2002 Pontiac Firehawk. This is after 3 other shops said they would fix it but then backed out and failed their commitment with me. I should of come here first because of the wonderful job they did and I'm glad the other 3 shops failed. The parts were difficult to come by since there were no new OEM body parts available. Baystreet Paint and Body will be my first choice for all my future auto work.

From the initial phone call a few days ago describing my problem to them, to the very end earlier today regarding payment and warranty, every step of the way was both approached with, and dealt with, great care. “I personally watched my neighbor break down and cry with how well this company processed her towing claim. Her tears of gratitude and thankfulness was very touching. The driver was appropriately dressed, friendly but highly professional and very well trained in his job. The day before, she was unfortunate enough to be in queu with a Marion County tow company that ended up in sheriff calls and a stolen vehicle as well as being inappropriately spoken to and touched by that driver who was inappropriate in all areas of his job.When the driver arrived from Eustis Amoco it had been pouring rain since midnight and although he was soaked, and in pouring rain currently, it did not divert his job. He drove down 140 feet to see where he should drop her truck, and then he backed out another 140 feet to turn around, and then backed down again 160 feet to drop the truck exactly where the only actual parking space was left in her driveway.He did not know anything about the towing company the day before and knew his job well, and had no physical problems doing it, nor did he have an attitude. He was highly professional and let her know that she could request his company specifically for any future towing needs from Triple A.Eustis Amoco hires quality drivers and in no way did a lone female have to worry about anything. Be careful of these other companies who hire anyone off the street.”

“I 100% recommend Edwin’s Auto Repair to anyone! I’ve had my jeep in several shops and had YouTube mechanics tell me I needed parts I didn’t need. Thank goodness I was raised working on cars and knew a bit more than they thought. I just couldn’t figure out this problem. I even had someone tell me I needed a new motor. I initially had a conversation with Edwin and he knew exactly what the problem was (common 3.6 issue). I took my Jeep to him and he fixed the issue that no one else could find!Of course, I had lots of questions. He answered all my questions without being annoyed that I was asking! “This man has been a true saint to myself and my family. My transmission went out back in September, I couldn't find anybody affordable to help me fix it. I'm a single mother on very limited income, he worked with me in every way possible, took his time on all repairs, and my car has been running beautifully ever since. Honestly, I'm not sure why it took me so long to leave a review, but I would highly recommend him for pricing, knowledge, and just being a kind-human who doesn't just see repairs as dollar signs for him.”
“I would like to take the time to thank everyone at complete discount auto in Eustis. My scion Iq had damage to the fuel tank. I first took the car to firestone, and they had it for 1 month and said it was not fixable. I then brought the car to complete discount auto repair which was a great move.
