They are so good with my dog. He only weighs 13 lbs but he is strong and quite a handful.Also there is plenty of parking space and the building is very clean.

Dr Wilson and her staff are the most wonderful caring members of Maxine's inner circle. This beautiful rescue has been a faithful friend for the last 4 years and will let the doctor and her staff handle her any way they want. And that is big for a dog with trust issues. They have been with our family through 6 dogs and a cat. Thanks to all the staff.

Dr. Bolfer and his staff were top notch. Lindsey and Korie were fabulous. Very curtious. I have a very stressed dog. They were able to calm him down. They were his best friends after the exam. Doctor Bolfer explained everything in terms I could understand. Very professional and knowledgeable.everything in terms I could understand.

My husband was able to get an appointment here for our sweet girl after making a trip to an emergency vet in the area the night before. We were quoted $1100-$1400 to stitch up a laceration on her leg by the emergency vet. AMC was able to staple her wound shut without the use of sedation, include an updated rabies vaccine with tag, and 2 prescription meds for 7 days for $220. I was not present, but I am so happy with the care received based off of my husband’s description of the appointment. All of this was also done under an hour. Thank you so much to AMC for actually wanting to treat our baby girl and making it affordable for our growing family. We have found ourselves a new vet!

Our dog is on prescription foods due to digestive issues. Not getting her the food she needs can result in her getting very sick and emergency vet bills/visits (last time it was $1K). Transferred here on a recommendation of a colleague. Wish I had vetted this better as they messed up our prescription once, then significant shipping and processing delays (up to 7-10 business days = two weeks). What are we supposed to feed a dog who's on a prescription diet for two weeks?? Good grief. PS: Trying to transfer her to another vet has also been difficult. Super passive aggressive on the phone and copped attitude when I asked her to confirm next steps. Any options would've been better. The vet herself was nice/thorough, so if you have a healthy animal, go for it. I think it's the people in the front office who are snoozing on the job.

BEYOND THE RESPONSE FROM THIS VET…I still find it unbelievable that you found a way to turn this around and feign concern about my pup. This displays the issue beautifully. You just confirmed my complaint. I see others have had the same problem. Your receptionist should have apologized immediately - it’s just basic customer service. Gaslighting me is definitely the wrong move, but hey, do what you think is right I guess.ABSURD WAIT TIMES. Lady up front is rude - doesn’t answer ANYONES calls and puts them on hold. Done it to me and watched her do it while I was sitting in the lobby.

ABSURD WAIT TIMES. Just moved from TX & trying to find a local vet as one of my dogs is having a serious problem. Waited for 27 minutes on the first call and 31 minutes on second - just to say why I was calling. I drove over to the clinic while on hold. One person in waiting room, receptionist sitting there. I complained, got gaslighted with "let's just move on." Receptionist said she can't see if someone is on hold. Yeah, not a good start to what should be a professional experience.
