We have rented a unit there for about a year and never had a problem until recently. We had to get something out of our unit and discovered rat feces. We immediately informed the owner who thanked us for letting him know. Then we informed him a 2nd time when we went and didn't see any bait boxes out. About 3 weeks later we went in and discovered a hole in a hiking backpack we had stored and then physically saw a rat. It wasn't even scared of us. When my husband again said something to the owner he said they had 2 rat boxes out and that we needed to read our contract. No resolution. Basically said it's our problem. Prices are good but sure isn't worth it if your property is rat infested!

Rats!!! Rats!!! Rats!!! I talked to owner2 times about rats in my unit. Went today to see what was done about complaint and nothing was done. Talked to owner about ramifications of rat feces and death,,seemed not to care. Nor did he care about damage because he offered 1 month for free. Said " I should have done more about the rats" then I wanted to video him and he wanted to call the cops. I have pics but can't post them here of rats not scared of us and zero rat traps throughout the complex!!

This place is the "cleanest" storage facility I could find in the area! Management and staff are awesome. Prices are fair especially the climate control units. I really appreciate all the extra work you all do at AAA mini storage. Thank you! I did not have to worry about my belongings. I highly recommend using your storage facility.Here's a warning to others reading reviews about other local mini storage units I went to and found other places that were over priced, very dirt, rat traps (black boxes outside units) what else could be in those units and watch out for all the nails that are scattered all over the access roadways, I freaked out because I just bought new tires!

Safe, secure, and easy to get in and out of. The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. I have a 5x10 unit here and I am very happy with it.

I was greeted immediately...I got my storage for a very fair price...he show me the access to my storage and even supply a doly to move my stuff from the car to the storage. Thanks!! 100% recommended!!
