I stopped at the Exxon in Esto for gas yesterday morning and noticed how clean the store and parking lot were. The 2 ladies working there yesterday were very nice and it was clear they take pride in their job and their place!

The phone at this establishment never works and I find it very odd because they make pizzas there and it's like they don't want to take the pizza orders. Anytime I've ever wanted to order a pizza I've had to go in there in person and that's really frustrating because I have to take two trips if not I have to sit at the store and wait for my pizza. They have probably lost a lot of pizza sales due to not answering the phone EVER!

I had a flat tire this morning. One of your employees, named Patricia (I believe) went above and beyond to help me with tools to get my tire changed. She lent me a jack, and asked a friend of hers from up the street to come and help me. She was so incredibly kind, and deserves some recognition for the way she helped me. Because of her, I was only 45 minutes late to work, instead of many hours. I hope that you show recognition for an employee who behaves in such wonderful way.
